Every transaction has a place.
Bookkeeping you can review as you go.
Fibo’s bookkeeping concept puts transaction review at the centre of the workflow. Start with the transaction, inspect the suggested account, and change it when your business context calls for a different treatment.

A choice.
A clearer record.

See the suggestion beside the transaction
A review table brings together the transaction description, amount and suggested category. The intention is to make the proposed treatment visible before it enters the books, rather than hide it behind an automated step.
Keep the final choice with the reviewer
Use the category dropdown to select the right account. Revenue and expenses are common examples, but transfers and other movements need their own treatment. The available chart of accounts and review rules should be agreed during implementation.

the numbers go.
Follow the numbers into reports
The workspace demonstrates profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow statement previews. In a live system, these reports need to be built from posted bookkeeping records. The public demo uses illustrative numbers and is not a live ledger export.
Connect review to reconciliation
Categorising a transaction answers where it belongs in the books. Reconciliation checks whether the recorded movement agrees with a bank statement. Fibo’s separate reconciliation preview keeps those two tasks clear.
Before you get started
Your questions, answered.
Are suggested categories final?
No. The concept gives the reviewer a choice to confirm or change the proposed account.
Are the financial statements connected to my books?
Not in the public demo. Its reports contain sample data.
Can my accountant use the workflow?
Book a demonstration to discuss reviewer roles, your chart of accounts and the approval process you need.
